Detoxify Your Body With This All-Natural Bath Soak

Need some “me time?” Here’s a great excuse! Every day toxins build up in your body. This is unavoidable, but you can purify and cleanse your body with a few simple ingredients to create a great detox bath. This will not only rid your body of toxins, but it will have a relaxing effect while providing you with some great benefits: lowering blood pressure, promoting blood circulation, and dilating blood vessels.

All you need is:

1/3 cup Epsom salt

½ cup coarse sea salt

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Aromatherapy oils may also be added (about 15-20 drops is recommended)

Fill your tub with water at a comfortable temperature, although the warmer the water is, the more of a detoxifying effect it will have.

Mix in all the ingredients, and soak in the mixture for at least 20-30 minutes to detoxify your body and receive all the benefits!

Caution: You will feel worn out afterwards, but will wake up the next morning feeling much better. BeSure to re-hydrate your body with water after soaking in the bath to prevent light-headedness.
